Quality Policy (Quality Controlling)
We maintain a strong quality control team by which we could guarantee the production of quality garments.

We have developed a quality assurance program that complies with customers' requirements. Our Quality Department has the most authenticated power to make change anything to keep producing with better quality. As the changes of the world, we have the confidence to meet future challenges with more promises to offer the lowest and quality product.

Quality control during production: Every line has been set up with its own supervisors and quality controllers.

Broken Needle Procedure: All operators are required to return all the parts of the broken needles to the line supervisor. The Supervisor then keeps all the broken parts on a broken needle report. All new needles are kept locked.

Sampling process: Upon confirmation of an order, the sample section is instructed to make the sample for fit /styling approval. After getting the Buyer’s comment on that, the Sample section goes for size set sampling as per the specs given by the Customer. This is mandatory that all samples must have checked by the pattern master + merchandising section prior to submitting to the customer. Our sample section also provides photo samples or pre-production samples wherever is required.

Trial production: Before starting the production of each order, a trial production is arranged usually. The output of the trail production is checked and approved by the production manager as well as the pattern master. Upon successful completion of the trial production, the pattern masters finalize the patterns for bulk cutting and sewing.
